How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Ernesso (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I bought this set to go on our front porch. It was really easy to put together except some of the pre-drilled holes were not aligned properly so I had to try and spread the metal apart (not easy) to get all of the bolts into the chairs. Once they were put together and out on my porch I was not disappointed. They really add charm to the porch. My husband complains that the back doesn't come up as far as he would like but I don't mind it. It is the perfect place to sit and watch the sun go down.
what a fantastic purchase this has been! the size is just perfect for my small patio area. despite the constant rain we've had, the cushions rattan are still looking fabulous as ever. i love that it's so easy to clean; all you have to do is unzip the cushions and remove the pads. not only that, but it's also extremely sturdy and comfortable too. feels like I'm lounging in luxury every time i sit down
I love this purchase and would give it 10/10!!! It is the perfect size for my townhome patio. It has rained every week this summer and the cushions and rattan still look amazing! Very easy to clean, all cushions unzip and pads are removable. Extremely sturdy and very comfortable.
The set is so cute! The pillows are comfy and the back rest hits at a good level. The seat cushion is firm, but I like it and I figure it will get softer with use. I would recommend getting the set it seems sturdy I will update later with how sturdy it is after a while.

Super easy assembly, light weight and attractive design
I am so pleased with this patio furniture. I forgot to read the dimensions so it’s a little bigger than I thought it would be but so, so pretty. Putting it together was easy. Instructions were good, but I didn’t really need them. This furniture is very sturdy and it was packed beautifully with no problems at all. I would recommend this patio set without reservation.
This set is super cute on my lower patio by the pool. This set is great quality for the price. I put it together myself in about 30 min.
I always worry when buying furniture online because i’m afraid it’ll be uncomfortable or cheaply made. This set is shockingly sturdy, easy to put together, and actually very comfortable to sit on.

Perfect for patio
This set is exactly what I had needed, so far I've had them about a month with no complaints. The cushions are waterproof which is nice because my patio is not covered & I dont want to have to keep pulling the cushions off every time it rains, just to keep them from being soaked. Assembly was very easy, & packaged nicely. Took me about 20 minutes to assemble since all you're doing is putting the legs on the seats & table.
got this little unit for our deck. we have two cats, including a black one. they basically have taken over the furniture! they love it as much as we do. they are very sturdy, easily cleaned, and look amazing!
